We estimate project costs, oversee contractor and consultant bidding, and conduct value engineering to maximize efficiency without sacrificing quality. In parallel, we manage procurement by tracking materials, processing submittals, and handling RFIs, ensuring that resources are available when and where they are needed.

To safeguard project integrity, we implement strict quality control procedures to ensure the project is being executed according to the project requirements, plans and specs. Our contract administration services include evaluating contractor change orders and reviewing payment applications to maintain transparency and accountability. By overseeing compliance and documentation at every stage, we reduce risks and protect our clients’ interests.

Throughout the project, we provide continuous visibility through weekly status reports. These updates include marked schedule progress, financial reports covering forecasts and change orders, as well as detailed logs for RFIs, submittals, design items, and permits. By keeping stakeholders fully informed, we ensure that the project stays on track and any issues are addressed proactively.
